All Day at the Farm
13 hours on the farm from 9am until 10:30pm. Clean-up must be completed by 11:30pm.
It is important for you to know that we will do everything we can to help make your wedding planning easy and stress-less. Part of our process is to have 3-4 planning meetings where we will help you think through your day, the style you are looking for, all the details of it, and how we can help you make sure you have the pieces in place to pull of the day of your dreams!

Your Ceremony
The farm has many one-of-a-kind locations for a wedding ceremony, depending on what your hearts desire is. Each can be customized using one of our arbor backdrops, nature itself or you can bring your own ideas to life.
YOUR RECEPTION
The Gathering Place Barn, an early 1900’s barn, originally home to both show and race horses. This seats up to 300 under roof. Additional seating is available on the overflow patio.
Day-of venue manager to help with the flow of the ceremony and reception and to greet your vendors as they arrive and make sure they have all they need.
Up to 200 white wedding chairs.
Round Tables: 18, 60” round tables (comfortably seat 8) and 10 48” round tables (comfortably seat 6).
Long Tables: 8, 72” (comfortably seat 8) rectangle tables for the head table, food and cake.
Rustic “suites” for the bride and groom.
Parking attendant for events over 100.
Food Prep area with table space and refrigeration.
Surrounding 10 acres for festivities and guests to explore.
Family friendly with children’s play area and farm animal petting (optional).
Separate women and men’s restrooms.
2 hr Rehearsal Thursday before, between 5-9pm (Fridays may be an option, depending on Farm availability)
Flexibility for pre-wedding photographs.
Handicap parking available

Oh, The Options are Never-Ending!!*
The Brick Barn: This barn has so many uses - A place for the cocktail hour to happen, a place for people to mingle in the event of rain, a place the ceremony to take place or even extras like photo booths or an indoor dance floor. You will love this space!
Rehearsal Dinner Option: Want to host the Rehearsal Dinner at the Farm as well? We will secure the use of the Brick barn, set –up and tear-down the tables and chairs that you need!
Petting Zoo: Come step inside the pen and feed our fun-loving miniature animals! The Nigerian goats, miniature pigs and fluffy bunnies will keep your guests happy and entertained during the cocktail hour while you take your pictures. They won’t even know you are missing!
Wagon Rides: Everybody loves a Hayride! Enjoy an American tradition and we will take you around the Farm. Includes Hay bale seating and blankets to sit on. 20 guests per ride, 4 rides per hour.
Golf cart shuttle: Available for 1 hour prior to ceremony start.
Bonfire: Two different bonfire locations. We will make sure the fires get going and stay going!
Pumpkin Pickin’ (seasonal)
Clean-up Crew: Leave all your things behind and we will pack them up for you!

The Equestrian Walk-In
Want to arrive at your wedding ceremony in the most stunning way possible? No need to try and sneak up on your ceremony without anyone seeing you! You will take their breath away when you surprise them by arriving side-saddled on one of our beautifully adorned horses. We will braid her hair with wild flowers for that romantic touch. Then we will lead you and her to the top of the aisle for you to dismount and walk down with your loved ones.
Equestrian Photo Shoot
You are choosing to get married at what been a home to horses for over a century!It makes perfect sense to include that aspect in your wedding photos. We will clean them up specifically for you and have a trained professional help you to stage yourself and the horses, so you won’t have to worry about what they are doing while your photographer snaps away!
“Something Borrowed”
Complete your special day by having your special items borrowed from the Farm. It will also make your day easier and simpler for you! We have things to go with any theme you would ever want.
